Mynesha is an Inclusion Strategist who has worked in partnership with the Weitz Family Foundation since 2022 in order to support internal human relations and external racial equity outcomes in grantmaking. Mynesha believes that “philanthropic institutions will never be better than the individuals who manage them” and is driven to sustain a harmonious internal and external human-relations structure. She is devoted to the advancement of concepts, practices, and policies that impact positive change and serves to remind us all to introspectively consider, “Who are we excluding?” Mynesha helps structure the way in which our organization responds to this question through equity auditing, cultural competency training facilitation, and curating professional place-based learning experiences for our team.
Mynesha is always on the go and while she enjoys hiking and traveling, her favorite thing to do is rest. She looks up to her daughter and loves a good comedy show.
